Radical Self-Care is the act of nurturing your mind, body, and spirit and taking steps to support your well-being. Join us as we discuss and share forms of Radical Self-Care practices and rituals. We will have a guided meditation at end of the workshop.
What to bring: Wear something comfy to sit on, a journal/notepad, an open mind, and an open heart.
