Self Help Graphics presents a healing a sound bath meditation with practitioner and healer Neil Belen on Wednesday, November 16.
Join us for a relaxing evening with healer, Neil Belen on Wed, November 16 from 6:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m.! Neil will share an auditory meditation using crystal singing bowls, gongs and other instruments to guide you into a meditative state. You'll leave feeling peaceful and rested. Tip: Bring your own mat to sit or lay on our floor for the duration of this experience or borrow one of our mats (while supplies last). If you cannot get on the mat, join us as you are (pull up a nearby chair)! This workshop is free and recommended for ages 15+. Space is limited.
