Participate in our next Wellness Wednesday on December 15 from 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m., with yoga led by Isa Urdiales Guzman at Self Help Graphics, located at 1300 E. 1st St. LA, CA. 90033. This is an empowering yoga flow and meditation which will allow you to reconnect to your mind, body and spirit. It is a class for beginners and advanced movers alike! Take this time for yourself, you truly deserve it. All you need is a mat and an open mind. Those who cannot lay on a mat, are welcome to participate from a chair. The event is FREE with Eventbrite registration and open to all ages, but recommended for ages 15+. Masks are required for all participants, including vaccinated guests.

In accordance with City of Los Angeles municipal code, Self Help Graphics will need to verify proof of vaccination for people visiting the site 12 years of age or older, or a negative covid test taken within 72 hours of being onsite. All people 18 years of age and older will have to show identification as well. Thank you for working with us to ensure the health and safety of all visitors and that we're in compliance with the City of Los Angeles ordinance. People who do not show either proof of vaccination or a negative covid test will unfortunately be turned away.
