Experience a sound bath meditation with practitioner and healer Neil Belen. The even is free and open to all ages, but recommended for ages 15+. Please bring a yoga mat or a towel to sit or lay on for the duration of the sound bath.

In accordance with City of Los Angeles municipal code, Self Help Graphics will need to verify proof of vaccination for people visiting the site 12 years of age or older, or a negative covid test taken within 72 hours of being onsite. All people 18 years of age and older will have to show identification as well. Thank you for working with us to ensure the health and safety of all visitors and that we're in compliance with the City of Los Angeles ordinance. People who do not show either proof of vaccination or a negative covid test will unfortunately be turned away.
