In One Breath To Stream Live June 6 on SHG YouTube Channel

Self Help Graphics & Art presents In One Breath, Saturday, June 6 at 1:00 p.m. live on YouTube, with the purpose to reflect, share knowledge, and stand in solidarity with the Black community through prayer, music, and poetry.

SHG’s virtual program will include an introduction by Executive Director, Betty Avila, an opening prayer by Legacy Artist, Ofelia Esparza, live music by Quetzal band, poetry by Moni Perez; and guest speaker, Roderick Hall, Director of Organizing for Abundant Housing. Roderick will share about “The People’s Budget”, in association with the Healthy LA Campaign.

SHG encourages the public to watch In One Breath with their families, as SHG and its family of artists use artistic expression to support the Black community and work toward positive policy change for our collective future.
