SHG Building Will Remain Closed Through March 31

SHG Building 2.jpg

Out of an abundance of caution for our staff and community related to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic and in alignment with local and state authorities' directives to flatten the Covid-19 curve, the SHG building will remain closed through March 31, 2020 effective immediately.

All workshops, studio, venue rentals and on-site activations are cancelled during this time; including select off-site workshops. Anyone who has pre-paid studio, venue rentals and workshops during the closure will be refunded in the immediate future. While we are still accepting online shop orders, we ask for your patience as shipments may be delayed for several weeks. Despite the restrictions on in-person gatherings, we are exploring ways to stay connected online with you, our community, and will share such opportunities as they become available.

In the interim, should you need to contact our administrative team, please email info@selfhelpgraphics.com or our individual team members and we'll return your correspondence as promptly as possible. We appreciate your cooperation during this time and look forward to opening our doors when it is safe to do so. You can find additional information about Coronavirus at websites for the CDC, the WHO, the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Health and the City of Los Angeles

Additionally, we know the Covid-19 situation may be stressful and is putting unexpected burdens on individuals, families and our creative community. The following links include resources that are being community-sourced and we encourage you to confirm the information as there are minute by minute updates taking place; including this open source Google Doc and the Freelance Artist website with emergency grant sites, among other resources.
