Congrats to artist and SHG alumni Yolanda Gonzalez for making the cover of AARP.
On November 21st AARP launched their “Portraits of Community” with partner artist Yolanda Gonzalez. The highlight of the November 21 inaugural event will featured the unveiling of Gonzalez’s artworks, which will be used as creative for three buses and a Metro Gold Line train along with bus shelters around the city.
“It is my pleasure to invite you to join AARP in Los Angeles and local artist Yolanda Gonzalez as we celebrate the first in a series of artworks from “Portraits of Community”, a project that celebrates Living, Growing and Connecting – Locally.”
